Processing Time

  • All orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Within the US: Free shipping on all orders $50+. Orders under $50 will have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

  • Outside the US: Shipping costs vary depending on destination and courier service. Final rates will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • US Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days* after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days* depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For orders outside the US, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Motorbrew Coffee has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
